- Mirrors & pictures Cleaned

Living Areas & Bedrooms
- Upholstery vacuumed
- Furniture and surfaces dusted & cleaned
- Skirting boards & radiators wiped
- Mirrors & pictures cleaned.
- Plugs & switches cleaned.
- Inside/ Outside of wardrobes wiped & cleaned
- Chandeliers lightly dusted (not thoroughly cleaned).
- Walls & Ceilings dusted
- Floors hoovered & mopped.
Preparation Requirements
- Allow access into property at the stated time.
- Ensure all dishes, cutlery and utensils have been cleaned & removed.
- Defrost Fridge/Freezer.
- Ensure the washing machine & dryer are empty.
- Ensure the dishwasher in empty and ready-to-use.
- Ensure the electricity & hot water are in operation.
- Ensure each area of the property is well lit.
- Clear all cupboards to be cleaned (inside)
- Clear all wardrobes to be cleaned (inside)
- Clear all drawers to be cleaned (inside)
- Clear Floorspace (except furniture to be left)
Area’s of no Guarantee
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee to remove every mark, stain & dent from the property.
Some area’s that might prove problematic include, but are not limited to:
- Mould, particularly when on silicone, grout and painted walls.
- Marks, such as pen marks, on painted walls.
- Paint marks, particularly on soft surfaces such as painted walls or wooden floors/ cabinets.
*UJ reserves the right to refuse the clean or re-negotiate the quote if, upon arrival, the property is deemed to be in particularly poor condition or not prepared as per the preparation requirements.
** Oven cleaned on inside and outside but if double glazed, Scrubs will not take the oven apart to clean between the glass.
*** As specified on the checklist, we dust walls and ceiling but do not wash them down and the cleaning of tiles does not include grout.
